Sacred Embodiment: From Knowledge to Wisdom I Heka Codes

You know that ol’ saying? Practice what you preach.
So? Are you?
Are you actually living by what you teach?

This is what we call EMBODIMENT. Living what you teach.

Knowing things is not what gets you through.

Information alone will not carry you across the threshold.

What gets you through is applied knowledge. When knowledge is lived, integrated, and anchored in the body, it becomes WISDOM. That is the ultimate game changer, and it is precisely why you incarnated.

Lock in. I’m going to be brutally honest now, because this matters.

Let’s talk about spiritual teachers, projection, and authenticity.

Knowledge Is Not the Same as Wisdom

There is absolutely no value in knowing things if they are not embodied. Unapplied information simply takes up filing space in the brain. It becomes useless data, slowing down your internal operating system.

Social media is saturated with so-called “spiritual teachers” creating more confusion than clarity. Deeply invested in trends, marketing whims, and clickbait tactics, many derail the seeker from their true path. Of course, your following will explode if you show up half-naked in feathers, banging a drum with perfect lighting and filters. Subscribers will be many.

(Honestly, I haven’t tried that approach yet. Watch this space! Lol.)

But authenticity? Truth? Depth? These are becoming increasingly rare.

We live in a world where artificial intelligence is accelerating, yet the soul is missing from so much of what we consume. I recently watched a video claiming the moon isn’t real. I’ll just say this: I have a womb and a menstrual cycle, and they can very much confirm that the moon is real. Do we really need to add existential lunar anxiety to our already overloaded nervous systems? And more importantly, how does this bring me closer to my divinity?

It doesn’t. It pulls me further away.

A Story About Embodiment (Or the Lack of It)

I once travelled to Los Angeles to exhibit at The Conscious Life Expo. I arrived full of excitement, like a small child in a vast city, eager to meet like-minded souls who resonated with my Egypt work.

By day three, I felt completely deflated. This was not what I had expected. Very few people were truly embodied in what they spoke about. Then an older man approached my booth. He looked the part. Crystals and stones hung so heavily around his neck that I wondered how he could stand upright. He positioned himself directly beside my life-size banner of Sekhmet and, without warning, proceeded to unload twenty minutes of light language all over me.

It was a full knowledge-vomit. A flex. A performance.

He rattled off “facts” about Egypt, scoffed at Sekhmet’s image, flicked his hand dismissively and said, “My wife channels her. She’s a true channel for Sekhmet.”

Interesting. Eventually, I asked a simple question:
“So, have you been to Egypt?” His answer? “No. Not in this lifetime.”

And there it was. Knowledge versus wisdom, in living colour.

You cannot pass through the gates while wearing a façade. You cannot shortcut embodiment. Without lived experience, without presence, without courage, you simply tread water and occasionally splash innocent bystanders with spiritual theatrics.

The Distraction of “Knowing”

Mary Magdalene spoke about this beautifully in The Magdalene Frequency by Adele Venneri. A book I deeply recommend. She addresses humanity’s obsession with details:
How many children did Mary and Yeshua have? Who were the real disciples?What is the true story? Her response is a question:
Does knowing any of this bring you closer to God?
Does it accelerate your ascension?

No. In truth, it slows you down.

Information becomes a distraction. It drowns out the inner voice. True awakening comes from hearing that voice, which is why the inward path is essential. Anything outside of you is filtered through someone else’s human lens.

Go straight to the source.
YOU are the source.

Sekhmet and the Fire of Embodiment

Now enter Sekhmet (as if she wasn’t already here).

Sekhmet teaches courage through confrontation. She asks you to face fear, because courage lives inside it. She demands responsibility for the shadow, radical self-acceptance, and the willingness to move from victim consciousness into creator consciousness.

Through her sacred fires of alchemy and transformation, she strips away projection, deflection, and spiritual bypassing. She knows when you are hiding. And through her fierce Mother-love, she ensures that fear is addressed, no matter what.

Sekhmet is the purifying portal to EMBODIMENT. Without embodiment, foundations collapse. Structures are shaky. Power leaks. This is a sacred rite of passage. A trial by fire. And it is the only way to access the truth of who you are. When form is forged through fire, it becomes unbreakable. There is no need to intimidate, exaggerate, or perform spirituality. There is no need to prove uniqueness.

We are all unique. Always have been.

Why try to become what you already are?

Sekhmet often whispers to me: “You are seeking the version that already exists.”

Where the Heka Codes Live

Self-realisation does not come from opinions.
It does not come from platforms or algorithms.
